We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Located on a hillside, the hotel offered beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Beaucoup de séminaires qui attirent des gens pas vraiment respectueux des la quiétude de l'hotel. Cela s'est produit plusieurs fois.Notamment le dernier jour de notre séjour, ou pres de 300 personnes ont envahi l'hotel et provoqué un vacarme insupportable pendant des heures. Nous n'avons pu rester dans l'hotel. La direction de l'hotel aurait du nous prévenir en réservant l'hotel pour ce grooupe de personne uniquement. Impardonnable.Les lits sont de 140 de large seulement, beaucoup trop petit pour un couple

Swimming pool and the design of the lobby of the hotel are great! Rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately the dining room was not cosy. Stone tiles on the floor to much light... It missed an intimicy you would like to have when dining... Unfortunately the wheather was not so good so alfresco dining was not an option...

Absolutely enjoyed my Christmas staying at this hotel. The food was exceptional and staff were friendly. The shuttle service was a great advantage, making it easy to move around without worry. The location provided stunning views of the ocean and mountains.

The limited shuttle hours were a bit of a disappointment. Another downside was the limited selection of South African wines.

Friendly Staff

Not enough staff but they did their very best. No feed back with reqest of opening the safety box. Internet usage. Had to wait a long time for food with room service.

This hotel is an excellent option for those traveling on business or attending conferences, with its convenient location quite close to the airport. Guests can enjoy a cozy restaurant with excellent French bistro cuisine and a magnificent large pool with a pleasant view. Some rooms offer a splendid view over the city and sea, and the staff provides friendly and helpful service to ensure a comfortable stay. the hotel amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is worth the regular rate.

One aspect of the hotel may need refurbishing to improve the overall experience.

Great views and delicious food; Free shuttle to the city centre. the free shuttle to the city centre was a plus, allowing us to explore the local area easily.

Outdated rooms and limited amenities. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated and lacking in amenities, which detracted from our overall experience.

During my stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the convenience of its location, being quite close to the airport. The cleanliness of this establishment was top notch and most impressive. I was also pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and an excellent cozy restaurant.
